Before you call, it is fair to know exactly what is being promised. Four things, each one about this service rather than about anybody else’s work.
No voicemail, no office hours
Call at three in the morning on a holiday and the line is answered. That is the point of a 24-hour number rather than an answering machine that promises Monday.
No charge for the call or the connection
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
Local crews, licensed for the trade
Every contractor on the other end of this line is independent, carries the license Texas requires for this work, and serves Mansfield and the towns around it. Ask to see both the license and the insurance certificate.
Not the right contractor? Call again
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
The honest limit of all of this
None of the above is a warranty on anyone’s workmanship. The contractors are independent businesses, not employees of this site, and the work you agree with one of them is a contract between you and that contractor — its quality, its price, its schedule and its guarantee are theirs to give and yours to hold them to.
